Akhirnya mendapat kesempatan untuk menonton film Charlie St Cloud. For a movie 99 minutes long, I think it wasn't enough to sufficed the emotions that arose. It was all moving too quickly. I was expecting the emotional peak of the movie to be higher and longer, but it was quickly diverted into the opposite - cheery, happy, funny. Too quickly that several different emotions were flooding, trying to register in my brain. I am sure many of you would agree with me. No doubt, I was on the verge of tearing but it was not enough to cause a tear to trickle down my cheek or create a reservoir on my lower eyelid for that matter. You may disagree with me on this.
Tapi yang pasti, it is nice to see a movie that emphasise a lot between a love of a brother, to a brother. How often do you see those kind of movies? There were scenes in the movie that made me miss being a brother to someone. I am not talking about being the elder brother to my blood sister, but to the people whom I regard them as my siblings (unrelated siblings I would say). Everyone has grown up. Where has those days gone to? Watching the movie was rather nice and made me smile to myself time and time again.
Tidak hanya menyentuh pada masalah cinta dari seorang saudara , it touches on the issue of letting go, and moving on. It was pretty heart-warming and the situation that occurred in the movie cushioned every single negativity. Sesuatu seperti, "I guess it's alright. You're right. Time to move on".
I dare say that Charlie St. Cloud would be another chick-flick movie. But if you watch it with an open mind, I am sure you'll surpass the "Darn-I feel-like-a-faggot-now" period. If truth must be told, I was actually awing at Zac Efron's hair. Taken from one of my Tweets, I Tweeted "Why oh why is Zac's hair so perfect? Hahahaha!". Dan hal itu juga terletak untuk tidak melihat ketampanannya. What? Can't a guy envy another guy's looks? It's normal, trust me. Haha!
